Geotech Environmental Control Module
Pneumatic Pump Controller
The Geotech Environmental Control Module (GECM) Pneumatic Pump Controller is a unique pneumatic pump control system used for operating any downwell pneumatic remediation or sampling pump. Systems can be configured for either AC main power or a 12VDC battery with an attached solar panel and battery charger. When the system is properly outfitted it can handle pressures up to 150 PSI (10.3 bar). Maximum depth to fluid pumping capability is 330 feet (100 m) below ground surface. Total fluid pump maintenance is greatly reduced by simplifying the downwell components and placing the timing and control mechanisms at the surface. The system can be configured to operate up to 8 wells per module. Multiple pump controls can be placed remotely at or near well heads with the air supply placed at a central location; maximizing compressed air efficiency.
- All components are housed in an easy-to-install weatherproof NEMA 3R (IP66) enclosure.
- A 16 x 2 character LCD display shows users exactly what is happening with each individual component within the system.
- System can be integrated into existing controls and configured to operate a wide variety of peripheral equipment.
- A four button key pad is used to change menu and status display.
- Large Hand-Off-Auto switch controls for direct control over individual system devices.
- Incorporated pneumatic components simplifies deployment eliminating the need for building on-site manifolds.
In addition to pneumatic pumps the robust Pneumatic Pump GECM control panel has a wide variety of capabilities for automatically controlling environmental remediation equipment. Site specific needs can be met on an individual basis from a single flexible platform.

- Geotech Probe Scavenger with 12V DC product pump
- Geotech Small Diameter Filter Scavenger with 12V DC product pump
- Water table depression pump up to 75 hp motor
- Air stripper blower up to 75 hp
- SVE blower up to 75 hp
- Transfer pump up to 75 hp
- Water level drawdown control with pressure sensors
