Control Panel
The PRS Control Panel can be used with most bladder/positive air displacement pumps. The dual timers can be adjusted to vary the intake and discharge cycle time. The pneumatic Tankfull Shut-Off Sensor shuts off the pump when the recovery tank is full. The system will not restart until the manual reset is pressed.

The controller uses two timers to vary the pumping rate of the system, independently controlling the discharge time and the recharge time of the pump(s). A clean, dry air source that can deliver one cubic foot per minute (CFM) (.03 cmm) at 90 psi (6 bar) will adequately allow the controller to drive one pump. Air consumption varies, based on pump type. The PRS Control Panel comes equipped with a Tankfull Shut-Off. The Tankfull Shut-Off incorporates a manual reset button, as an additional safety feature. The reset button must be pushed and the system reset to resume operation.
