Geotech's Tankfull controller is mounted first in the series of pneumatic system components. They allow compressed air to operate pneumatic components until there is a high fluid level or pressure condition in the recovery tank.

GEOTFSO – Is designed with a control panel, which can be mounted directly on the stainless steel sensor tube, or up to 50 feet (15.2 m) away on the PVC sensor tube. It also incorporates the following additional features.

• Manual Reset Button
  As an additional safety feature, the GEOTFSO incorporates a manual reset button. The reset button must be pushed and the system reset to resume system operation.
• Tankfull Indicator
  The Tankfull Indicator is green when the system is operational and is black when the system is shut off. The recovery tank must be emptied and the reset button pushed before the system can be reactivated.
• Air Filter/Water Trap
  A two stage 5 micron water and particulate filter contained in a metal bowl with a manual drain.

• Liquid level rises in the recovery tank: If liquid rises 11 inches (28cm) up the pressure tube,
  the valve closes shutting off compressed air to the system.
• A minimum of 45 psig (3 bar) air pressure is required.
• The air logic components are rated for a maximum of 120 psig (8 bar) air pressure.
